For Hong Kong Shipments: No customs duties apply since Hong Kong is a free port for most goods .

For International Shipments:

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their destination country

• These charges are not included in our shipping fees and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please contact us and the carrier within 5 business days to initiate an investigation. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

3. Keep all original packaging for inspection

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
