  • International: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and select other countries

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Hong Kong: 2-4 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days
  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-21 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over HKD 800 within Hong Kong and HKD 2,000 for international orders.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping rates apply. Express and priority shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Tracking information is typically updated within 24-48 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values to avoid customs fees.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address before the order has been dispatched.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery.
