We accept returns on most items within our return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible so you can shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in their original, resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that certain items such as final sale products, intimate apparel, and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive to ensure you have enough time to process any returns if needed.

How to Start a Return

  • Receive authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  • Pack your items: Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible
  • Ship your return: Send the package using the shipping method provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund promptly.

Exchanges

We're happy to help with exchanges for different sizes or colors. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team (info@riidestudio.com). We'll guide you through the process and help you find the perfect replacement. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. When reporting a damaged item, please include photos of the damage and the packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect the items and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
