1. Our Returns Promise

*FOR HK ORDERS
We want you to love your fashion pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

*FOR ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF HK 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for 100% store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit never expires and can be used on future orders.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover the cost of return postage.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Condition Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
Tags All original tags must still be attached
Packaging Original packaging (if applicable)
Type Regular-priced items only

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@riidestudio.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for our confirmation email, which will include:

  • Return authorization

  • Our return shipping address 24-26 Aberdeen Street, G/F Kingearn Building, Central, Hong Kong

Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging (if possible).

Step 4: Purchase shipping through a carrier of your choice and send the package to our return address.

Step 5: Email us the tracking number once you have shipped the return.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

You are responsible for:

  • All return shipping fees

  • Any insurance you choose to purchase

  • Any customs or duties charges for international returns

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method (e.g., HK Post registered mail, SF Express, DHL)

  • Purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or damaged return packages during transit to us

  • Delays caused by the carrier you choose

5. Refunds * HONG KONG ONLY

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse):

Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Processing time: Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the return process above to return the original item (at your shipping cost)

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

We do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot hold inventory while waiting for your return package to arrive.

If the new item is defective: Please contact us immediately with photos, and we will cover return shipping as an exception.

7. Hong Kong Local Returns (In-Person)

For customers in Hong Kong, we may offer in-person returns at our studio location. Please contact us to arrange a time.

Note: Even for in-person returns, no refund will be issued for original shipping fees (if applicable).

8. International Returns

Customers returning items from outside Hong Kong are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Any export duties or customs fees

  • International orders are not available for refunds - STORE CREDIT ONLY

Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to avoid additional charges. We are not responsible for reimbursing any customs fees or import duties paid on the return shipment.
