What is your returns and exchange policy?
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order via email to info@riidestudio.com
The item(s) must be exchanged or returned in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains and/or that smell of perfume. We do not cover the cost of item(s) being returned or exchanged. Please ensure you have your receipt or email order confirmation available.
